GoPro Shareholders Wave White Flag in Stock Drop Suit

Law360 reported that a group of shareholders, who accused GoPro of inflating its stock price by allegedly lying about new product sales, dropped their suit against the company.

After U.S. District Judge Jon S. Tigar concluded that none of the statements brought by the plaintiffs were legally actionable, the shareholders agreed for their claims to be dismissed.

GoPro is represented by Fenwick securities litigation partner Catherine Kevane and associate Kaitlin Keller.
