Profile

The principal focus of Mr. Clark's practice is complex federal tax litigation and tax controversy work. He regularly practices in the United States Tax Court and has published a number of articles relating to tax litigation. Fenwick & West has worked on more than 70 federal tax litigations. As part of this effort, Mr. Clark has worked on tax litigation matters for clients such as those listed below.

Mr. Clark also has managed a variety of complex commercial disputes in a number of foreign countries and more than twenty states. Litigation prevention and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) also have been important parts of his practice. He has served as Fenwick & West's ADR coordinator, as an American Arbitration Association arbitrator, and has been involved in numerous mediations and arbitrations.
