Mr. Freedman practices in the Boise, Seattle and Silicon Valley offices.
Mr. Freedman represents semiconductor, hardware, ecommerce, software, clean technology and life sciences companies. His practice focuses on leading initial public offerings and follow-on offerings of equity and debt, and advising boards and management on corporate and securities law compliance and disclosure matters. He has represented issuers and underwriters in over 60 securities offerings by public companies. Mr. Freedman also concentrates on mergers and acquisitions and private financings.
