Prior to law school, Mr. Joslyn was a consultant with the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service, the export promotion arm of the Department of Commerce, where he performed advisory, analysis, and project management assignments in support of a global, service delivery network, receiving the Vice Presidential Hammer Award for innovations in client service.

Mr. Joslyn also worked as a research assistant to Philip P. Frickey, a leading scholar in the fields of statutory interpretation and legislative process.
