Mr. Quilter has a general corporate practice, with an emphasis on working with entrepreneurs in establishing and developing start-ups in the Internet-infrastructure, enterprise software, and semiconductor sectors of the high technology market. As principal outside counsel for these companies, he represents them in structuring and negotiating their venture capital financings, strategic alliances and corporate partnering relationships, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as technology licensing arrangements. He also represents venture capital firms in their investments in portfolio companies.
