Mr. Vetter’s recent public offerings include SuccessFactors and ShoreTel. Mr. Vetter also represents underwriters of numerous initial public offerings, including the initial public offerings of Salesforce.com, SiRF Technology Holdings, Omniture, DemandTec and other public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Mr. Vetter's mergers and acquisitions transaction experience includes the sale of Postini to Google, VeriSign's acquisition of Network Solutions and Illuminet Holdings, @Home Corporation's acquisition of Excite, and a large number of other transactions involving public and/or private companies. Mr. Vetter also advises a variety of late-stage private companies.

Prior to joining Fenwick & West in 1995, Mr. Vetter represented public companies and financial institutions in a wide range of corporate finance, lending and merger and acquisition transactions.
