Prior to pursing a career in law, Mr. Forkner worked for a start-up software company as Director of Global Business Development. In that role, he drafted and negotiated licensing agreements, developed a strategic plan and business model for the company's global expansion and led efforts to deploy technology products to countries including the United Kingdom, South Korea, France and Spain.
