Ms. Ghassemi-Vanni's practice focuses on representing employers in the litigation of various labor and employment matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, sexual harassment, wage and hour, class actions, and contract claims brought under state and federal law. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Ghassemi-Vanni advises employers on a multitude of labor and employment issues.
