"Fenwick U" undergoes regular improvements in order to better fit the needs of our associates. The program is centered around associate development by focusing on personal strategic plans created chiefly by the associates with significant involvement by partners and instructors. This planning process results in a participatory program which assists associates in pacing both their technical development and business acumen throughout their careers. Ultimately, it is designed to help associates acquire and grow a client following.
The Fenwick University program includes curricula and three different sets of seminars designed for associates at the 3rd year, 5th year and 7+ years level. The program requires an agreement by associates that they will attend training sessions and complete all assignments.
