Intellectual Property: Our team of over 80 lawyers and other professionals delivers comprehensive, integrated advice regarding all aspects of intellectual property protection and exploitation. Most have science or engineering degrees. Fenwick has been consistently ranked as one of the top five West Coast firms in intellectually property litigation and protection for the past 10 years by Martindale-Hubbell, Chambers and other directories.

Litigation: Our Litigation Group has significant courtroom experience in groundbreaking cases involving technology and life sciences companies. Our team has extensive litigation experience in a wide range of industries, but with exceptional depth and breadth in areas of the law critical to high technology clients.

Tax: Fenwick has one of the nation's leading domestic and international tax practices. Our Tax group was selected by International Tax Review as the top tax adviser in the Western United States. This group is focused on assisting clients with Tax Litigation; Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits.

International: Our attorneys also focus on International Law including structuring and financing of overseas businesses, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and the representation of U.S. companies investing in and doing business abroad, particularly China, India, and Israel.
