April 4, 2006 (Mountain View and San Francisco, CA) – Fenwick & West LLP represented Glu Mobile in its recently announced acquisition of iFone, a leading global wireless entertainment publisher based in Manchester, UK. As part of the acquisition, Glu Mobile will obtain global rights to iFone's top-selling titles including LEMMINGS™, ATARI Classics and Hasbro, Inc.'s (NYSE: HAS) MONOPOLY, and European rights to iFone's SEGA's SONIC THE HEDGEHOG. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
