Sebastian Kaplan Named President of the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco

October 25, 2012 (Mountain View, CA) – Sebastian Kaplan, an attorney in Fenwick’s litigation group, has been elected president of the Barristers Club, the division of The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) responsible for attorneys within their first 10 years of practice. Kaplan, who has served in leadership positions for the Barristers Club since 2007, will begin his term as president on January 1, 2013.

Kaplan previously served as the chair of the Barristers Club’s Professional Development Section and has served as both a speaker and a moderator for a number of Continuing Legal Education programs. He focuses his practice on copyright, trademark and trade secret litigation.

Kaplan will be installed in his new position at BASF’s Annual Membership Luncheon on December 11 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel.
