Fenwick Represents Aggregate Knowledge in its Acquisition of Quantivo

​Fenwick & West represented media intelligence company Aggregate Knowledge (AK) in its acquisition of Quantivo, which provides customer-centric intelligence and analytics to marketers. Building on AK’s Media Intelligence Platform, Quantivo gives marketers additional insights to identify the best, highest-value customers and zero in on them with greater accuracy.

The Fenwick transaction team included corporate attorneys Mark Stevens, Lynda Twomey, Niki Fang and Luis Bacalao, technology transactions attorneys Stephen Gillespie, Lawrence Granatelli and Madeline Zamoyski, and patent attorneys Bob Hulse and Edgar Perez.
