Fenwick Represents Airship in Acquisition of Apptimize

Fenwick & West represented customer engagement company Airship in its acquisition of Apptimize, one of the most adopted solutions for testing and innovating user experiences across mobile apps and other digital channels.

The acquisition will enable Airship to unify digital engagement and experimentation, offering businesses a holistic approach to deeply understand and improve customer experiences. More information about the deal can be obtained from Airship’s announcement.
