Fenwick Represents American Express in its Acquisition of InAuth

Fenwick & West represented American Express (NYSE: AXP), a global services company, in its acquisition of InAuth, Inc., a leading provider of mobile device authentication and intelligence solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition complements and enhances American Express’ comprehensive data analytics and fraud prevention capabilities, which has enabled the company to achieve the lowest fraud rates in the industry.
