Fenwick & West Represents AtHoc in its Acquisition by BlackBerry

Fenwick & West represented AtHoc, Inc., a leading provider of secure, networked crisis communications, in its acquisition by BlackBerry Limited (NASDAQ: BBRY; TSX: BB), a global leader in secure mobile communications. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition will allow AtHoc’s platform to integrate with BlackBerry’s enterprise portfolio and trusted global network to offer customers new capabilities for safety, security and mission-critical business communication.
