Fenwick & West represented AtHoc, Inc., a leader in emergency mass notification and crisis communication, in its acquisition of Alerting Solutions, Inc., a provider of warning systems for homeland security and infrastructure protection used by national, state and local governments around the world. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
