Fenwick & West LLP represented Bespoke Innovations, Inc., a startup based in San Francisco, California that is bringing a more personal approach to the way a broad spectrum of medical devices are developed and used, in its acquisition by 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by partner Dan Dorosin and included corporate attorneys Gaurav Sud and Jie Zhou.
