Fenwick & West LLP represented Dropbox, Inc., an online storage company, in its recently announced acquisition of Loom, Inc., creators of a photo management solution for everyday users. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help further develop Carousel, Dropbox’s photo and video management platform.
