Fenwick & West represented online storage company Dropbox, Inc. in its acquisition of Orchestra, Inc., maker of the much buzzed about mobile-first app Mailbox, which controls overflowing email inboxes with simple gesture controls. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
