Fenwick & West represented Explore Information Services, LLC, the largest provider of driver violation monitoring and wholly owned subsidiary of Solera Holdings, Inc., in its acquisition of Transportation Performance, Inc. (TPI), the market leader in fleet driver performance intelligence, and compliance, safety and accountability (CSA). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will accelerate Explore’s fleet business strategy, allowing them to provide the most comprehensive set of data and analytics tools to help fleet carriers improve the safety and performance of their drivers, and reduce business losses.
