Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ:FB), the leading social media site, in its acquisition of Mobile Technologies, LLC., a speech recognition and machine translation startup responsible for Jibbigo, the world’s first speech-to-speech translator app on a phone. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
