Fenwick Represents Green Chef in Acquisition by HelloFresh

Fenwick & West represented Green Chef Corporation, a leading USDA-certified organic meal kit company, in its acquisition by HelloFresh SE (FRA: HFG), a global leader in providing meal kits. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Through the acquisition of Green Chef, HelloFresh will offer the largest selection of meal plans for consumers, adding Green Chef’s organic vegan and gluten-free menus, including plans compliant with Paleo and Keto diets.
