Fenwick & West represented Grindr LLC, the largest network for gay men in the world, in its acquisition by Beijing Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd. (300418:Shenzhen), a Chinese gaming company.
The new funds will be used to accelerate Grindr’s growth, allow expansion of services, and to continue to make Grindr the number one app and brand for their users.
