Fenwick & West represented Katerra Inc., a leading technology company redefining the construction industry, in its acquisition of Fields Construction Company, one of the Northeast’s leading construction management firms. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Katerra’s technologies related to a vertically integrated model of design, material supply, manufacturing, logistics and assembly will be applied to better serve Fields’ roster of real estate developer clients along the East Coast by reducing time and costs from building construction.
