Fenwick & West represented Neato Robotics Inc., a leader in designing smart robots for the home, in its acquisition by Vorwerk & Co. KG, a German family-owned enterprise focusing on both the production and sales of high-quality household products. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
