Fenwick & West represented Nexon Co., Ltd (3659.TO) and its consolidated subsidiary NEXON Korea Corporation, a worldwide leader in free-to-play online and mobile games, in its definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Big Huge Games, Inc., developer of strategy game DomiNations. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will provide both companies long-term, comprehensive service of DomiNations, including game development, operations, user support and marketing. More information about Nexon’s acquisition of Big Huge Games can be obtained from the company press release.
