Fenwick & West represented Oculus VR (recently acquired by Facebook), in its recently announced acquisition of 3Gear Systems, Inc. (Nimble VR), a company focused on building a hand-tracking system that could deliver a great user experience. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help continue to push at the boundaries of input and user experience in VR, but with the resources and means to make a bigger impact on a larger audience. More information about Oculus VR's acquisition of Nimble VR can be obtained from the company announcement.
