Fenwick & West represented Oyster Travel Corporation, a hotel review website site featuring expert reviews and photos covering about 150 cities, in its acquisition by TripAdvisor, Inc., one of the world’s largest travel sites, enabling travelers to plan and have the perfect trip. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
