Fenwick & West represented ParkMe, Inc., the world’s most comprehensive parking database, in its acquisition by INRIX, Inc., a leading provider of real-time traffic information and connected driving services worldwide. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help INRIX deliver a comprehensive set of parking services, including finding, comparing, reserving, and paying for parking from a smartphone or vehicle.
