Fenwick Represents Path in Acquisition by SourceLink

Fenwick & West represented Path Interactive, Inc., a leading search marketing agency based in New York, in its acquisition by SourceLink, a data-driven marketing agency that leverages the power of data to bring online and offline marketing solutions together. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
