Fenwick Represents Phoenix Labs in Acquisition by Garena

Fenwick & West represented Phoenix Labs, an acclaimed independent games development company and the studio behind the popular cross-platform co-op action RPG, Dauntless, in its acquisition by Garena, the digital entertainment arm of Sea Limited (NYSE: SE), a leading global consumer internet company.

The teams intend to work together to continue building Phoenix Labs’ development team, supporting the growth of Dauntless, and exploring new opportunities in global markets and on mobile. More information about the acquisition can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
