Fenwick & West represented Roofstock, Inc., a leading marketplace for single-family rental (SFR) investment properties, in its acquisition of Streetlane PM LLC (“Streetlane”), a SFR property management service operator under the brand Streetlane Homes. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Roofstock will retain the existing management contracts of Streetlane, and the companies will work together to leverage Roofstock’s technology team to further enhance Streetlane’s offerings. The acquisition boosts Roofstock’s ability to provide a more robust property management solution for institution investors.
