Fenwick Represents Science Exchange in $25 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick & West represented Science Exchange, Inc., a leading marketplace for scientific research, in its $25 million Series B financing. Maverick Capital Ventures led the latest round with participation from Union Square Ventures, Index Ventures, YC Continuity Fund, Sam Altman, and others. As part of the funding, Maverick Capital Ventures Managing Partner David Singer will join the company’s board.
