Fenwick & West represented Smartsheet (NYSE: SMAR), a leading cloud-based platform for work execution, in its acquisition of 10,000ft, a SaaS platform that enables organizations to improve decision making and forecasting through real-time capacity planning, resource management, and reporting. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
