Fenwick & West represented Spigit, Inc., the leading innovation management platform, in its merger with Mindjet Corporation, a leader in project-based collaboration software. The combination of Spigit and Mindjet will create the first business platform that effectively manages innovation from idea creation to opportunity selection to project completion. Following the merger, Mindjet and Spigit will integrate and Spigit’s executive team will assume leadership roles within the newly expanded Mindjet organization led by Mindjet CEO Scott Raskin. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
