Fenwick & West represented Square, Inc., a complete register service with full point of sale tools for every part of running a business, from accepting credit cards, to sales and inventory tracking, to small business financing, in its recently announced acquisition of Kili Technology Corporation, a company that has developed silicon, electronics, and software that simplify and optimize payment processing. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
