Fenwick & West acted as U.S. special counsel for Zend Technologies, the leader in end-to-end PHP web and mobile application development and deployment solutions, in its acquisition by Rogue Wave Software, provider of software development tools for mission-critical applications. Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal is also representing the company as Israeli counsel. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
