Innovation Interactive, based in New York, NY, provides search-centric digital marketing services and is the parent company of leading digital brands such as 360i and SearchIgnite. The buyout was funded by the management team and employees of Innovation Interactive and backed by ABS Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Savvian Advisors LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to Innovation Interactive and RBC Capital Markets acted as financial advisor to Livedoor Japan.
