Fenwick & West Represents Cisco Systems in Airespace Acquisition

Fenwick & West LLP represented its client, Cisco Systems, Inc., in its acquisition of Airespace, Inc., a leading provider of wireless local area networking systems, announced yesterday. Cisco will pay approximately $450 million in stock and assumed options for Airespace, located in San Jose, California. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions, and is expected to close during Cisco's third fiscal quarter, ending April 30, 2005.
