Fenwick & West Represents Cisco in $4 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Fenwick & West LLP represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) in its recently announced sale of two series of senior unsecured notes for an aggregate principal amount of $4 billion. Banc of America Securities LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. The offering closed on February 17, 2009.
