The offering raised over $123 million for Shopping.com, which issued 6,870,000 shares of common stock in the offering. The offering was underwritten by lead managers Goldman, Sachs & Co, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Piper Jaffray and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as co-managers.
