Fenwick & West Represents Underwriters in Isilon Systems' Initial Public Offering

Fenwick & West represented the underwriters in the initial public offering for Isilon Systems, Inc. The offering raised approximately $109 million for Isilon, which issued 8,350,000 shares of its common stock. Isilon is a leading provider of clustered storage systems and software for digital content, enabling enterprises to transform data into information. The offering was underwritten by joint book-running managers Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. Needham & Company, LLC and RBC Capital Markets Corporation acted as co-managers.
