Fenwick & West Represents Underwriters in Omniture’s Initial Public Offering

Fenwick & West represented the underwriters in the initial public offering for Omniture, Inc. The offering raised approximately $70 million for Omniture, which issued 8,700,000 shares of its common stock. Omniture is a leading provider of online business optimization software. The offering was underwritten by lead manager Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. acted as co-managers.
