Fenwick & West LLP represented its long-time client, VeriSign, Inc., in its acquisition of Santa Cruz, California-based LightSurf Technologies, Inc., which develops technology that enables users of mobile phones to send photo messages and other digital data to other mobile phone users. The deal is valued at $270 million.
