Hit titles in the Freeverse portfolio include Skee-ball, Moto Chaser, Flick Fishing, SlotZ Racer, Flick Bowling and NBA Hotshot, among others.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
In addition, this week, our client also announced Series C funding of approximately $25 million led by Institutional Venture Partners. ngmoco’s investors include Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Maples Investments and Norwest Venture Partners. ngmoco’s titles dominated the charts with blockbusters and critical successes like Rolando 2, Star Defense, Eliminate Pro and Touch Pets Dogs.
