Fenwick & West represented Abila, Inc, a software and services provider to nonprofit organizations, associations and government entities, in its recently announced acquisition of Peach New Media, Inc., a provider and pioneer of online continuing education and online learning solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will add Peach New Media’s innovative technology – Freestone™ learning platform – to Abila’s leading software and services portfolio, allowing organizations to now have access to industry-leading association and donor management, as well as continuing education software from one company.
