Fenwick Represents Accel Entertainment in Business Combination with TPG Pace Holdings

Fenwick & West represented Accel Entertainment, Inc., a leading gaming-as-a-service provider, in its business combination with TPG Pace Holdings Corp., a special-purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of TPG.

In connection with the closing, TPG Pace has been renamed Accel Entertainment and will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ACEL”, effective November 21, 2019.

On June 13, 2019, TPG Pace and Accel Entertainment entered into a definitive business combination agreement.
