Fenwick Represents Brava in Acquisition by Middleby

Fenwick & West represented Brava, creator of the Brava Pure Light Oven which relies primarily on infrared energy to cook food quickly, in its acquisition by Middleby Corporation, owners of 60 brands including Viking.

By merging with Middleby, Brava will have the resources to scale and bring their technology to the rest of the world. More information about the deal is available through the company announcement.
