Fenwick Represents Cisco in its Acquisition of Cloupia for $125 Million

Fenwick & West represented Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO), the worldwide leader in networking, in its acquisition of Cloupia, Inc., a software company that automates converged data center infrastructure. Cisco will pay approximately $125 million in cash and retention-based incentives in exchange for all shares of Cloupia.
